When a baby was just born, young parents do not have any particular problems with a variety of children's menu, but when their age begins to approach the level of 4-6 months, it’s still worth thinking about additional food items.
The fact is that at this age the need for additional vitamins, minerals and energy, which are no longer enough in breast milk or mixtures, is activated in the child.
As a rule, parents immediately have many fair questions: When to start? What foods are the best for feeding baby? How much to start? A lot of such questions worry young mothers a lot, fortunately, you are not the first and you are not the last, so everything will gradually fall into place.
When to start lure?
As we have said, the most favorable age for such an important matter is 4-6 months, with the lower limit, most often, given to babies on artificial feeding, and the upper one - for children who feed exclusively on mother's milk.

The first supplements are always introduced before breastfeeding, usually start with a very small portion, no more than 1-2 spoons, increasing the volume every day, provided that there are no adverse reactions from the baby.
For example, if after any product rashes, redness of cheeks appeared, the chair changed, vomiting, nasal congestion appeared, then, most likely, you need to reduce the portion or completely eliminate this product for 1-2 months from the diet.
Also, do not think that the baby will be greatly inspired by what you are offering him, most likely, after the first spoon he will twist, spit out and give up on a new portion.
