Postcard Eternal Flame. Handy for May 9 Victory Day
The solemn, permeated with pride for the feats of our people, the spring holiday, May 9, is imperceptibly approaching. Do not forget to congratulate your loved ones, and especially your familiar veterans. Invite the child to make a postcard "Eternal Flame" on May 9 and give it to the participant of the war - and then this holiday will be remembered for a long time to the kid. A simple Victory Day greeting card with your own hands can be created from ordinary coated and foiled cardboard, pieces of corrugated paper and foil. In addition, a standard set of tools and clerical glue will be needed.
As a basis, we take a sheet of dark brown chalkboard.
Folded cardboard sheet
We also need a golden foiled cardboard sheet - from it we will make our key element compositions. We first fold this sheet in half.
Folded sheet of foiled cardboard
Then we cut off its upper angle diagonally ( the fold should remain intact).
At the resulting right triangle, cut the top corner.
Cut off the top
Fold the side with the fold inward. Well we will press it.
Fold over the pattern
Deploy the workpiece and see three fold lines on it: one - the central and two - parallel to it reaching.
Centrally fold the front, and the side fold together with each other.A detail will appear that resembles the foundation of the Eternal Flame. To enhance the similarity, we fold the side folds slightly. Leave the blank in this form.
Cut to the pattern
Glue the wide white to the bottom of the base (brown) sheet rectangle.
Glue the "foundation"
On this rectangle we glue our blank in the form of an eternal flame.
A pedestal for eternal fire
We glue a red slightly rounded cardboard triangle on its top - like a flame of fire. You can cut out flames and make them multi-color.
From small pieces of thin foil and corrugated paper we roll small balls.
Roll up the colored balls
Glue them in piles to the top of our postcard.
Take a pale straw yarn, cut two pieces.
Stick this yarn to the lumps of paper so that you get the image of the salute.
Glue the strings
Fireworks on the card
A postcard by May 9 is almost done by our own hands!
We All you have to do is make a small but important touch: cut out two strips from red corrugated paper.
