Pork Salad in Tortilla
You will need
- -350 g pork lean
- -1 paprika
- -1 PC. zucchini
- -1 onion
- -1 lemon
- -3 oatmeal or other cakes
- -2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- -2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- -2 tablespoons of olive oil
- -green and salt to taste
Wash the meat and then cut it into small pieces. Meanwhile, heat the pan with olive oil, pour vinegar and sauce to it. Put the pork in a frying pan, fry it on high heat, stirring constantly, until golden.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the meat on the baking sheet along with the sauce (half of the whole mass) in which it was cooked. Bake meat until tender. Increase fire if necessary. Check the meat by cutting it. Inside it should be a uniform color, without a pink tint - juicy and soft.
Cut zucchini, pepper and onion into cubes or small slices. They should be about the same size. Put the vegetables in the pan, where the meat was cooked, there should have been a little sauce, and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
After cooking all the ingredients, mix them together, and then pour them with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Put a lot on flat cakes, sprinkle with herbs and serve.
