Buckwheat fritters are a very tasty and original delicacy, which is easy to cook even for a novice hostess. Pancakes can be served as a side dish or as a separate dish.

Cooking method:

Beat egg with soda and add to buckwheat porridge. Mix the flour and grated onion grated on a coarse grater. Salt to taste and knead well.

Spread with a spoon on a well heated pan with butter. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
