If you like cereals with fruit, then you will definitely like oatmeal with apple and cinnamon, it will turn out very tasty and fragrant. To prepare you need:

  • 150 grams of oatmeal;
  • a glass of apple juice;
  • two apples;
  • a glass of milk;
  • about 50-70 milliliters of cream;
  • half a teaspoon ground cinnamon;
  • sugar to taste.


  1. Mix juice with milk, pour into a saucepan and boil.
  2. Pour the oatmeal, cook them until fully cooked, add sugar at the end, mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Peel the apples, cut the cores out of them. Cut the fruit into small pieces or, if desired, chop with a chopper, blender or meat grinder.
  4. Put apples and cinnamon in porridge, mix and lay out on plates.

Cooked porridge can be quickly and easily in a slow cooker. Here's what it takes:

  • a glass of oatmeal;
  • three glasses of milk;
  • three tablespoons of butter;
  • granulated sugar to taste;
  • berries to taste.

  2. Pour the flakes into the bowl and fill them with water and milk.
  3. Select the appropriate mode and wait. In some multicookers, porridges are cooked for a long time (about forty minutes), but 10-15 oatmeal will suffice, so the timer value should be changed.

  • five to six tablespoons of oatmeal;
  • 70-80 ml of water;
  • 70-80 milliliters of milk;
  • 70 grams of pumpkin;
  • 50 grams of dried apricots;
  • 50 grams of raisins;
  • 50 grams of prunes;
  • sugar to taste;
  • teaspoon butter.

Description of the cooking process:

  1. First, get dried fruits: they should be washed well, and then pour boiling water and leave for 15 or 20 minutes to make them soft.
  2. Now go to the pumpkin. Clean it from seeds and peel, cut into small cubes.
  3. Pour milk into a saucepan with water, bring to a boil. Put the pumpkin in the boiling mixture and cook for about five to seven minutes.
  4. Pour oatmeal and cook porridge until cooked, that is, about 10 or 15 minutes, so that it thickens.
  5. Next, put the swollen and softened dried fruit, butter and sugar, mix everything and serve it to the table.

Recipe number 6

Surprisingly, tasty and nourishing porridge can be cooked with cheese. Here's what you need for this:

  • 1 cup of oatmeal;
  • 400-450 milliliters of water or milk;
  • 100 grams of hard cheese;
  • three tablespoons of butter;
  • salt to taste

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Bring milk or water to a boil, add oatmeal and cook until ready.
  2. Cheese grate and put in boiling porridge with butter and salt.
  3. Mix and serve.

Recipe # 7

Delicious and nutritious get porridge with nuts. To cook it, prepare:

  • a glass of oatmeal;
  • 200 milliliters of milk;
  • 200 milliliters of water;
  • 50-70 grams of walnuts (can be replaced by others, for example, cashews or almonds);

  • You can make porridge as homogeneous as possible if you grind flakes in a coffee grinder, turning them into powder. And changing the amount of such a powder, you can achieve the desired density.
