According to the amendments to the constitutional laws signed by President Vladimir Putin, the anthem of the Russian Federation should be heard at all the celebrations. This also applies to educational institutions. In schools, colleges, etc. The anthem should sound on the ruler at the beginning of the school year, rulers devoted to state and municipal holidays, as well as at the opening of monuments or memorable signs. Therefore, if you study in a Russian school for any reason, even if you are not a citizen of the Russian Federation, you must learn the hymn and sing it along with everyone. I think this is no difficulty.
