How to make delicious buckwheat flour cookies without sugar

Rinse the raisins thoroughly. Then soak it in warm water. Crush the nuts to a flour in a coffee grinder or blender. If you have a wooden or stone mortar, you can use it.
Put the raisins, spices and vegetable oil in a blender or combine. Beat until smooth. Water, which was raisins, do not pour, it can be useful.
Take a deep bowl. Sift into it a glass of buckwheat and half a cup of wheat flour. Add raisins, ground nuts and salt to the bowl in the flour. Then extinguish half a teaspoonful of soda with lemon juice. Add soda to the resulting mixture.
Stir the whole mixture thoroughly to make a dense dough. Wrap the dough in a bag and refrigerate for 20 minutes. If the mass is crumbling, add a couple of tablespoons of water in which the raisins are soaked.
After twenty minutes, remove the dough from the refrigerator. Pour some flour on the table so that the dough does not stick. Roll a layer 5-8 mm thick. The thinner the dough, the crunchier the cookies.
Slice the biscuit with a shape or knife. Grease a baking sheet with butter or place baking paper on it. Put the cookies on a baking sheet.
Place the baking tray in the oven, preheated to 150 � C. Periodically turn the baking tray in the oven so that the cookie evenly browns. Remove the biscuits from the oven and cool.
