Instruction
Deliver all the necessary materials to the work site before starting the foundation repair. Break the area to be replaced into segments of one meter in length. Dig a hole along the weakened part of the basement, having previously secured the walls to be secured.
Disassemble the old laying of the foundation. During the work, evaluate the strength of the brick for its suitability in the new laying. To do this, hold the sharp edge of a fragment of the asbestos-cement pipe along the surface of the brick. If a relief remains on it, the material is not suitable for use in a new laying.
Seal the new soil area. To do this, ram a layer of rubble up to 10 cm thick into the ground in such a way that the bulk material breaks upon impact. Then equip the second, third layers across the height of the old foundation.
Perform a new laying, providing it with a reliable connection to the existing foundation. Wiring work begins with weak areas or in places under the walls, as they are the least dangerous.Make sure that the distance from one section of the liner to the next one is at least two areas where restoration work has not yet been carried out or has already been completed, and the concrete base has managed to stand up well and harden.
If the walls above the concrete base are not strong enough, the foundation and walls must be reinforced with beams. Punch horizontal punctures in the surface of the wall, turn beams into them. In order not to weaken the walls with penalties, turn the beams alternately.
Prepare a solution of cement and sand in a ratio of 1: 3. Cover them with cavities between the brickwork and the walls of the beam. Let the foundation stand.

note
After repairing the foundation, it is necessary to prevent groundwater from entering its foundations. For this it is necessary to equip a drainage or blind area. An effective means to reduce the level of precipitation is ornamental grass sown around the perimeter of the foundation.
Helpful advice
In order to prevent the beams from deforming, transverse beams are placed on top of them. The distance between them is usually two to three meters.
