  1. Take carrots, wash thoroughly and grate. Turn on the slow cooker to the “Frying” mode. Pour vegetable oil into its container and start frying the carrots untilgolden brown.

  • greens (parsley and dill) - ½ bunch;
  • milk - 300 ml;
  • flour - 40 g;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • ground pepper - 1-4 tsp.

The process of cooking potato soup consists of several stages. They look like this:

  1. Rinse celery under running water and chop finely.Grate carrots. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Put all these vegetables on the bottom of the multicooker.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes. Put it in a slow cooker and cover with chicken broth. Add salt and spices. After that, close the device with a lid and set the "Baking" mode for 35 minutes.
  3. Mix wheat flour and milk in a small container. It is necessary that the mixture was not present lumps. Pour it into the slow cooker. Then set the timer for another 10 minutes.
  4. When the soup is ready, push the potato tolkushkoy so that there are no lumps.
