How to cook crackers, spelled
You will need
- - 200 g of spelled wheat;
- - 100 ml of milk;
- - a few sheets of basil;
- - 1 tsp. pepper;
- - 1 tsp. salt.
Grind pepper and wheat. To stir thoroughly.
Pour the resulting mass with milk. Pour slowly, while mixing the mass. At the end, add a little salt to add a bright flavor. As a result, the mixture should be dense and homogeneous.
Put the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes. During this time, it should swell and become more solid.

Place the resulting dough figures on a greased baking tray. Preheat oven. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
