How to cook cheese pancakes

You will need
    • For fast pancakes:
  • 200 g of hard cheese
  • 0.5 liters of kefir
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp soda
  • For cheese pancakes with apple:
  • 0.5 liters of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 100 g of hard cheese
  • 1 apple
  • 50 g butter
  • salt to taste
  • cooking oil
  • For pancakes with pineapple filling:
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 250 g canned pineapples
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 150 g of hard cheese
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salt to taste
  • For cheese pancakes with onions:
  • 2 cups of flour,
  • 5 eggs
  • 0.5 milk
  • 4 onions hand
  • 150 g cheese
  • 1.5 tablespoons sugar
  • 0.5 tsp soda
  • salt to taste
  • baking oil
  • For pancakes with cottage cheese:
  • 150 g low-fat cottage cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • sugar
  • salt to taste
Quick Cheese Pancakes
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Add sifted flour, kefir, eggs, sugar, salt and soda. Beat all the ingredients with a mixer. Bake small pancakes in a griddle in butter. Stir the dough all the time, because the grated cheese will settle.
Cheese pancakes with apples
Beat eggs with flour. Then add milk, melted butter and salt. Rub cheese and apples on a coarse grater, add to the dough, mix everything thoroughly and leave for 20 minutes. Bake in a skillet with butter. Remember that these pancakes are baked a little longer than usual.
Cheese pancakes with pineapple filling
Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks with the milk, add the sifted flour. Add the grated cheese and salt. Beat the whites with a mixer until frothy, add to the dough and mix gently. Bake in a griddle as usual. Try to make pancakes small. To prepare the filling, chop canned pineapples, mix with sour cream. Then gently wrap the filling in each pancake.
Cheese pancakes with onions
Using a mixer, mix eggs, salt and sugar. Add 100 ml of milk, start mixing flour until the dough resembles sour cream in consistency. Grate the cheese, add it to the dough, the remaining flour, milk and soda. Knead the pancake dough. Finely chop the onion. Heat the oil in the pan, fry a tablespoon of onion, then pour it with dough and fry the pancake. In the same way, fry the rest of pancakes.
Cheese pancakes from cottage cheese
Mix all ingredients to make a sour cream consistency. Bake in a skillet with butter, spreading the dough with tablespoons. Try not to put too much sugar, otherwise pancakes can burn.
