How to bake "monkey" bread
You will need
- milk - 300 ml,
- sugar sand - 180 g,
- butter - 100 g,
- wheat flour - 500-600 g,
- dry activated yeast - 6 g,
- vanilla sugar - 2 tsp,
- salt - 1 tsp,
- cinnamon - 4 tsp,
- chocolate, jam, raisins, nuts - at will
Warm up the milk to 35-40 degrees. Stir 50 grams of butter, 80 grams of sugar and vanillin in milk.
Sift the flour and partly into the milk, knead with a spoon.
