Eggplant Baked with Nuts
You will need
- - Fresh eggplant 2 pcs .;
- - pine nuts 2 tablespoons l .;

- - sour cream 250 g;
- - vegetable oil 4 tablespoons;
- - a little fragrant saffron;
- - a few leaves of mint;
- - black pepper and salt to your taste.
