Cutlet under a fur coat

Cutlet under the fur coat- a recipe.


  1. minced turkey 1 kg;
  2. chicken egg 2 pieces;
  3. long loaf white, without a crust 0.5 pcs;
  4. mayonnaise for minced meat + a little for watering 2 tbsp. l.;
  5. milk 120 ml;
  6. salt;
  7. pepper;
  8. hard cheese for the filling - 50 gr; for dressing - 200 gr;
  9. butter 50 g;
  10. tomato 2 pieces;
  11. vegetable oil.


Cooking stuffing

My meat, dry and grind in a meat grinder. Soaked roll in milk, grind in a meat grinder, mix with minced meat, add eggs, mayonnaise, salt, pepper. All mix well.

Cheese and butter for the filling cut into cubes.

With wet hands we form a ball of minced meat, knead it, giving the shape of a circle. Put cheese in the center and butter on the cheese. We pinch the edges.

Fry the patties in vegetable oil until golden brown (not ready, literally a few minutes on each side).

Fold the patties into shape.Butter, on which they fried the cutlets, pour in the form of the cutlets, add some more water.

Tomatoes cut into thin slices, spread on top of the cutlets.

We rub cheese on the smallest cake and put it on top of the tomatoes, press it with a little hand. Spray with mayonnaise on top.

We bake in the oven preheated to 2000C for 45-50 minutes at an average level.
