Chicken Wings in Honey Icing
Chicken wings in honey glazeis a step by step recipe.
- 1 kg of chicken wings;
- 4 cm fresh ginger root;
- 100 ml of soy sauce;
- 2 tbsp. l. dark honey;
- vegetable oil;
- salt, black pepper.
At the wings, cut the upper phalanges (they will not be needed). Rub the wings with salt and pepper.
For the marinade glaze, peel and grate the ginger (keeping the juice).
Warm up the honey with ginger, mix with soy sauce, add a little vegetable oil. Fill the wings with the mixture, mix thoroughly so that each wing is covered with marinade from all sides. Tighten the wings with foil and leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, for a day.
Fry the wings over well-burned coals or in the oven with a hot grill, turning over, about 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
Try cooking about a third more marinade.Then you can boil the marinade with 100 ml of water and get a great sauce for serving.
