Chicken drumsticks with green peas

You will need
  • For two servings:
  • - 150 g of frozen green peas;
  • - 3 chicken drumsticks;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil, tomato paste;
  • - ground pepper, salt.
Take three chicken drumsticks, rinse them. Fry the legs in olive oil until half cooked.
Peel the onion, finely chop it. Add the onions to the fried chicken, fry until the softness of the onions - 5-8 minutes. You can add garlic to the aroma at this stage.
Dissolve tomato paste with a small amount of ordinary water, salt and pepper to taste. Feel free to add your favorite spices to the sauce - they will not spoil it. Pour the mixture with chicken and onions. Simmer for half an hour on low heat. Gravy for this time should become more dense. The chicken will become fragrant and tender.
Add green peas to the pan, stir, simmer together for another 5-7 minutes. The finished dish is best served hot.
