Cheese Meatloaf

To make a roll you will need the following products: 200 g of hard cheese, 4 chicken eggs, 1 kg of minced meat, salt and pepper, greens. You can add to the list half a bell pepper.

Put the oven at 180 degrees - while you are preparing everything you need, it will have time to warm up to the desired temperature. On a fine grater, rub the cheese. Beat the eggs in a bowl and shake with a fork until smooth. Add grated cheese to the mass.

Put foil on a baking sheet and brush with oil. Pour the egg with cheese, put in the oven, bake until rosy color. Then remove the pan from the oven and let the contents cool.

Prepare the stuffing - add pepper, salt, mix. Crush the Bulgarian pepper and greens. Put minced meat on a baked cheese and egg mass, sprinkle with herbs and pieces of pepper. Gently wrap the reservoir to make a roll. Wrap all over with foil. Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes for baking.

After this time, remove the baking sheet and put it to cool, without opening the foil.
