Berry desserts: four simple recipes

The most fragrant and delicious desserts come from summer ripe raspberries, strawberries and blackberries.

Calorie:112 kcal in 1 portion.

For 4 servings:300 g of berries (cherries, raspberries, blackberries, kiwi), 120 g of strawberries, 1 tbsp. l brandy, 1 tbsp. l lemon juice, 1 tbsp. l sugar, whipped cream, oatmeal cookies.

Wash berries and dry them on a paper towel. Cut the cherries into two parts and remove the bones. Kiwi clean and cut into slices. Wash strawberries with a fork or grind with a blender in a smooth mashed potatoes. Season with strawberry puree brandy, freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar.
