Beef heart recipe with tomato sauce

You will need

Bake beef heart with a side dish in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped greens before serving.
In the summer of beef heart can be cooked not with tomato paste, and fresh tomatoes. Also in the dish you can put any seasonal vegetables: turnips, eggplants, sweet peppers, zucchini and pumpkin. Not superfluous will be spicy herbs and bay leaves.
